Tai Chi takes place every Friday at St Theresa’s hall from 10.30 - 11.30 and is £5 per class .  We are beginning to learn the first few moves now and it’s really enjoyable, although you don’t seem to move much it really does make a difference and we are doing some moves to help improve balance and prevent falls. New members always welcome.

The Tai Chi Tigers (!)

(No, we don’t do any combat)

Meet every Friday at St Theresa’s Church hall , 10.30 - 11.30 at a cost of £5.

Tai Chi  ( Qi Gong ) is a gentle exercise with great health benefits. It helps balance and well-being, is good for arthritis and many other problems, also helps to prevent falls.

We do have a laugh as well and sometimes cake!

We welcome new members, it’s possible to join in at any point as the exercises are repeated frequently.

Tai Chi is good for preventing falls as it improves balance, is good for muscle strength and helps concentration. It does us all good to escape the world for an hour , we are beginning to remember the exercises which vary every week with some being repeated more regularly. Phil our trainer is very patient. The exercises can be done seated by anyone less mobile, we don't take ourselves too seriously and have a laugh. Always room for new members, come along and have a go.  Anne
